Property Energy
Get ENERGY field group data for a property by UPRN. Provides energy efficiency ratings, consumption and running-cost estimates, assessment dates, and up to five recommended improvements (IMP_1–IMP_5) — with confidence scores and modelled flags on the key fields.
Purpose
- Energy performance visibility — current and potential efficiency, consumption and running costs.
- Retrofit planning — costed improvement recommendations with potential ratings and savings.
- Compliance & eligibility — EPC-style ratings and assessment dates for regulatory and lending checks.
